Seeing her size we got for a big litter but we couldn't imagine that there were only a girl and eight boys !
The boys are 3 black and white, 4 liver white & tan and 1 liver and white. The Princess who is already named, she will be Take It Easy, is liver, white & tan

Dortmund Dog Shows

We went to Dortmund with 4 of our dogs. There were the "Bundessieger" and a Nacional Dog Show.

The results of the Bundessieger suprised us: Opera was third in her class, Tom was third too and Kimi won the Open Class.

At the National with a good specialist judge judging, S. Lovenkjaer (DK), we got raports that really describe our dogs.
Opera was second in Intermediate Class as Kimi in Open Class. Tom won the open class dog with CAC and reserve CAC Club getting Patton 4th in his class.

Fantomas is unstoppable, in Madrid he got his fifth podium in the group 8 in this year, really he is at the age of 4 years old at its peak.

His son Quo Vadis, at the same dog show, started to follow his Daddy's paws getting Best Young.

Pamplona International Dog Show

Opera Prima was Best Of Breed getting CAC/CACIB and her father Patton took BOS.

It's published the oficial result of Dana's (Just a Part of Sara) hips: A1, the best score possible.
As any breeder can understand we are very happy to receive this kind of news.

At the Tornio International Dog Show Jeffe was Best of Opposite Sex and took his 6th CACIB.

At Rovaniemi International Dog Show, 21.6.2008, he was too Best of Opposite Sex and CACIB.

In Raahe, 7.6.2008, he was Best Of Breed and Group 2

We just confirmed Luna's pregnancy, we wait impatient her first litter at the beginning of September.

Field Trial in Ferrol

In a wonderful but hard land it was held the III INTERNACIONAL CIDADE DE FERROL 2.008.
I went with Kimi and Hum. Kimi did a great route getting her qualification, now she has trial qualitifations in Spain and France.
Well done our tricolour girl !.

Hum got in last place from the group and althought the judge gave him extra time he didn't get find pieces, I enjoied a lot seeing him working, he is a mature dog who know very well how to move on the field.

Kimi's qualification gave her also the trophy to "The Best Lady" that I'll produly keep.

Tom is in Portugal and Antonio & Teresa http://springerspanielsaobarao.blogspot.com/ showed them in wonderful way in Lisboa, where he got the tittles of Lisboa Winner 08 & Mediteran Winner 08 taking also the obligatory CAC.

Two weeks later in Sintra he got the dos CACs needed to finnish his Portuguese Championship

His sister Alfa finnished too her Portuguese Championship at the Lisboa Dog Shows

A fixed Dog Show in our calender. The judge for Breed and Group was J. L. Arrue Pinto.
Evergreen got the CACIB and Patton win Best Of Breed and later Best in Group.

It's his first Best In Group and we are really proud of him, still waiting a picture of the success.

It has been an unforgettable experience taking part in the biggest meeting of Springers never seen in Continental Europe.
The results, summing up, of our dogs in the two circuits and the World Dog Show were:

Humphrey : Ex 1 , VG 2 , and not entried in the world dog show
Dugy : Ex 1 the three days
Luna : Ex , Ex2, Ex
Sue : VG, VG and Ex

We saw really nice dogs, we spoke 6 days only about Springers and we came back with a "surprise" cause Luna's season gave us the chance to do a breeding to Trollangens Maximun Effekt http://www.lisaardh.se/

I'm sorry but we have not enought time just now but we promisse to publish full information about all the dog shows in May and June as soon we come back home from the World Dog Show at the middle of July.

We have received some pictures for the bred at home page, thanks and we will publish the soon, all of them are beautiful.

Just an advance:our 3 Robles got 3 podium ,Fanto was again third in Group in Elvas International Dog Show , One and Only was also third in Group in Medina Int Dog Show and our baby, who made us specially proud, third of Best Puppy in Show in Ciudad Real . Bravo Quo Vadis !!.
Evergreen finnished her German Championship and Terry at the same dog show took BOB and reserve of BIS in Siegen

Marta Leiva did the ECVO test to all our Springers.
All of them are free of hereditary diseases, we are very happy mostly for our oldiest.
Thanks from here to Marta for her professionalism and patiente replying all our questions.

We started with a stormy night that end in Kimi's labour.
8 beautiful puppies: 4 girls and 4 boys, black and white and a couple of livers.
Kimi is a calm and attentive mum and she had an easy and quick labour.

In the afternoon when we left babies and mum sleeping we received a phone call from Portugal : Fantomas won Best Of Breed and Third in Group in Moita and thank to Antonio (Sao Barao) we have picture of the success.
Congrats Maite, well done.

But the weekend didn't finnished yet, this morning we received news from our “finnish boy” Jeffe:
two weeks ago in Rovaniemi he was Third in Group
and this Saturday in Lestijärvi after win the group he was reserve of BIS.
Congrats Kirsi for your great work with Jeffe, he looks wonderful and we are glad with you.

The judge for our breed was the specialist M L Doppelreiter (Austria).
Moreover of our dogs we had the company of Maite with Fantomas de los Tres Robles (www.rocango.es) who were Ex 3 in a hard champion class and Adriana with Opera Prima de los Tres Robles who did great winning the young class and taking the title of Young Champion of Luxembourg. Also she got the Crufts qualification, congrats.
Our Luna won the champion class bitches taking the tittle of Champion of Luxemburgo to add it to her list and finnished getting the reserve of CACIB.
The surprise came by Tom who still not 2 years old and with near 30 springer from 4 countries won his class, the CACIB and the Crufts qualification, Best of Breed and he finnished placed between the 6 best dogs in Group 8.

Kimi is definitively pregnant ! we are expenting her puppies around the 7 of April

Celebration for Springer in La Eliana where the Club Show was.
With a record of Springers entried, 25, came from 4 countries, it was a show most than good for a minority breed.

I don't know very well where to start for, for the illusion to see as beautiful as happy "my" grown puppies, thanks Maite (Rocango), Adriana, Ima, Jorge and from Lisboa Teresa & Antonio (Sao Barao) to make possible to show in breeding class and mosly to show Hum with his childrems in progeny class finnishing with the BIS in both categories. Or because how fine we was, the laughters we did, the fantastic atmosfere that we lived and what we want to say thanks to the Club organization.

More results: Fatamorgana Best Bitch and BOS, Make it Throught the valued obligatory CAC, Opera Prima Best Young Bitch, It's Otto reserve of CAC and Hum with his daugther Sue BIS couples.
But the most unforgivable moment it was the show of my Kiara in Veteran Class who showed to the rest of Springers how a dog must move and what goes to Mr Williams to say “¿how old have you said she is?”

We come back with renewed illusion to continue breeding and although it seems to be not necesary we will show our dogs white and not yellow.

At the Club Show and thanks to the effort of the club we had the chance to do some ECVO.

Thank you very much to their two owners to do it and in this way give us more dates about our dogs's heath.

We did double finnishing Tom and Kimi their Spanish Championships, getting also Kimi Best Of Breed.
Also Opera won again the Young Class passing the cut in the BIS for Youngs.

But the biggest hapinnes came from Kiara who with 8 years old came back to the shows in the Veteran Class and it seems that the time doesn't pass for her, she continues showing as happy as 4 years ago.

We wished to celebrate her 14th birthday ..
Good travel Asta, we are going to miss you a lot.

We went to Oporto for the first dog shows in this year for us.
Peggy Sue debuted in Puppy Class winning both days Best Puppy and getting in this way the tittle of Oporto Puppy Winner.
In Young Class Opera Prima won both days her class and on Saturday she was also Best Bitch, congrats to her owner Adriana.
Our Kimi started the year getting his first beauty tittle with the two CACs she finnished, pending of homologation, the Portuguese Championship.
